Bill C14: Requires retailers to get their pumps certified

Bill C-14 is new legislation that requires retailers to make sure their pumps are calibrated and working properly. Enforced by Measurement Canada, retailers must have an accredited service provider assess their pumps and provide certification.

Energy efficient lighting solutions for XTR stations in Nova Scotia

Available to XTR sites in Nova Scotia is a program designed to help save small businesses money on energy costs and upgrade lighting efficiency. The benefits are the energy and money savings, as well as reduction of emissions.
It is FREE of cost for the initial assessment of your location. Should you decide to move ahead with the upgrades, Nova Scotia power will cover 80% of the costs, while you pay the remaining 20%. However, the annual savings on your energy bill will make up for the 20% and more.
